Welcome to our Energy Healing and Ignite Your Spirit Training
These Terms & Conditions contain important information. Please Read Thoroughly, as it is essential that you understand our healing seminar Terms & Conditions.
The Booking Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between The Well Being Initiative (TWBI) and you the course participant for the services provided namely instruction in energy healing and Ignite Your Spirit Therapy.
Terms and Conditions
1) By booking into our healing seminars and paying the fee proscribed, (some of which may be non-refundable – see clause 10) you acknowledge that you have read and understood these conditions, including Cancellation Fees (Clause 10), and that you agree to be bound by these Conditions.
2) In addition to your financial payment, acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing via email.
3) Seminar resources
a. on the dashboard may be updated or refined throughout the time during which you have access to them.
b. Resources will remain available for 3 calendar months from the conclusion of the program for which you were registered and paid the proper fee.
c. The course content is flexible and subject to change without notice, for the duration of the seminar. Changes are made so as to take into account the consciousness of the class, because each class is unique.
d. When seminars are offered in different time zones, you are welcome to attend or watch the online recordings of all of them as part of your package.
4) Consent: When any matter is brought up for healing, you can always decide whether or not you wish to participate. Sometimes healing brings up deep and powerful emotions and old trauma, so it can be healed. If you feel overwhelmed by the process, our assistant teachers can offer healing, and you are also advised to see your usual psychologists, counsellors, trauma specialists or psychiatrists in addition to having healing.
5) Prices are per person, calculated in Australian dollars.
a. Prices are subject to change, however once a student has paid or entered an agreement for a payment plan and they stick to that plan, the price will be honoured.
b. The cost to foreign participants may vary from time to time based on international exchange rates applicable when payment is made.
c. When paying by credit card additional costs may be incurred to cover merchant fees.
6) Cancellation by TWBI
a. TWBI reserves the right to cancel a healing program and will advise you of such cancellations no later than 14 days before the seminar commencement date. If this were to happen, which is unlikely, you will receive a full refund.
b. With any form of cancellation, TWBI will offer you alternative arrangements, and if the price of your alternative booking is of lower value than the original booking, we will refund the difference to you. If the alternative is more expensive, your payment will constitute part payment for that program, and you will make up the difference.
c. Beyond the fees that have been paid for the program, TWBI will not be liable for any additional costs or loss incurred by you.
d. Force Majeure TWBI will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of Healing seminars due to ‘Force Majeure’. ‘Force Majeure’ means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of TWBI: and includes, but is not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and strikes.
7) Candidate deemed not ready or not suitable for healing program
a. At times the teachers may determine that a candidate is not suited to the healing program and ask them to leave the class. This will be an act of kindness, based on the students’
i. Students who are unable to work with the strong spiritual energy that is brought into the classes
ii. Inappropriate class contribution causing alarm or offence to class members.
iii. The candidate being clearly not suited to healing work and lacking empathy, and a teachable spirit.
iv. Students being unable to satisfy the healing course agreements or disclosing serious and untreated psychiatric conditions.
v. Students with mental health issues, including when they have not been disclosed.
vi. Students who are abusive to staff or fellow class members
vii. In the teacher's discretion, the student is not suitable
b. Such students may be asked to attend other seminars and or get healing to help them.
c. At times for their own wellbeing, they may not be eligible to learn further with our organisation.
8) Cancellation by you: If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, notification of cancellation must be made to TWBI in writing. The date of the cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by TWBI.
a. If you cancel 7 days or more before the date of the commencement of the seminar, TWBI will refund to you any monies paid except a $100 administrative fee.
b. Dashboard material is given to classes 7 days in advance of the first healing seminar. Thus a service has already been provided to the student.
c. If you cancel after the dashboard has been made available to you, which is 7 days or less from the date of the commencement of the seminar, TWBI will refund to you any monies paid except a $250 fee which covers an administrative fee as well as your access to the resources that are presently on the dashboard.
d. You can defer your enrolment to another healing seminar for which you are eligible to study up to 14 days after the commencement of the healing seminar. A $50 admin fee will apply, and monies paid will be applied to the new seminar.
e. If you cancel within 14 days of the commencement of the seminar, you will pay 1/5 of the tuition, an admin fee and for resources which have been provided to you.
f. Dashboard access will cease as of the date of termination. In all cases, dashboard links will be changed after the conclusion of week 2 as needed. In the event of a change an email will be sent to all participants after week 2, and new codes given to all remaining participants.
g. If you cancel your enrolment in this program after 14 days, full payment is required. We will invite you to attend the next healing seminar of the same name for the re-sit fee which is half the full price.
h. If not already paid, all cancellation amounts are payable within 7 days of your cancellation.
9) Late conclusion of Course Work For students who are unable for various reasons to continue to attend classes and who get behind on homework and class assignments, if all modules are completed, the log is filled in and the test is passed, then subject to assessment of practical healing skill, a certificate may still be offered to that student. However, this must be completed within 4 weeks of the date of the final class for which they were booked to attend. There will be an additional fee of $200 for the teachers to assess practical healing skill level out of class time.
a. If students do not complete course work within 2 months of the conclusion of a seminar, they will be deemed not to have completed the program, and will need to re-sit that seminar at another time. As a resit, they will be eligible for half price tuition. No certificate will be issued beyond 2 months after the last class date.
10) Age Limits Students must be over 16 years of age to study this material. This is because adult concepts may be discussed during programs, and other participants or young people may not be comfortable with frank and open discussion of personal matters.
11) Certification. To obtain a certificate in our vocational training programs in energy healing,
a. all modules must be completed by attendance at live online healing seminar or watching them to the conclusion.
b. the practical healing involved in each module must be completed.
c. Log book attesting to completing class assignments and homework is filled in and returned.
d. Class test is passed.
e. Teachers will assess each participant by visiting break out rooms during the modules. They will form an assessment of the healing capability of each person, determining whether they have the necessary skills to qualify for a certificate.
f. The latest date upon which all matters must be complete in order to obtain a certificate is 2 calendar months from the date of the last module in the seminar.
g. Should a student require a teacher to assess their healing capacity after class hours, there will be an additional fee of $200 per hour for the teachers to assess practical healing skill level out of class time.
h. If students do not complete course work within 2 months of the conclusion of a seminar, they will be deemed not to have completed the program, and will need to resit that seminar at another time. As a resit, they will be eligible for half price tuition. No certificate will be issued beyond 2 months after the last class date.
12) Healings and Discounted healings
a. As part of some packages, either free or discounted healings may be offered through our healing charity The Well Being Initiative. Such sessions must be used within the time frame of the healing seminar program. Extension will only be granted if for some reason TWBI was not able to meet your request for healing within the timeframe of the program for which you were enrolled. All healings must be complete within 3 months of the conclusion of the healing seminar program to which they pertain in any event.
b. Students are advised to receive at least one healing per program from an experienced IYS trained energy healer. If you were referred into the program by your healer, this healer is a good option for you as they already have a therapeutic relationship with you.
c. If you do not have an IYS healer already, the teachers may be requested to provide healing at separate cost.
d. For those who have health care or pension cards and for whom paid healing is beyond their reach, you have the option to contact www.thewbi.org email: info@thewbi.org to arrange a healer to be paid by our charity to provide you with this service.
13) Confidentiality and copyright
a. All course resources, notes and materials are copyright and not to be shared, copied, or disseminated in any way without the prior written consent of TWBI and the authors of the resources.
b. All information of a personal nature whether shared by teachers or students, and all matters arising in class healings or healings associated with the healing programs is to be treated as strictly confidential.
14) Healing Activations – students will receive healing activations in all seminars in our energy healing system and all students are deemed to have given permission for healing upon registering for this healing program.
a. If for any reason a student feels uncomfortable about healing regarding a particular matter, they must inform us so that we can honour their wishes. This is the student’s responsibility.
